RFID UHF Industrial Grade Waterproof Integrated Reader F5016

The UHF integrated series reading device is a high-end integrated UHF RFID reader product. It is designed to carry the UHF M2210/M2100 reading and writing module and RFID antenna developed by the company. The reading distance of the integrated device F5016 can reach 0~10 meters, the industry multi-label algorithm can quickly identify labels. According to the needs of customers, the tag can be encrypted and set, and other readers will read garbled characters to enhance confidentiality. Among similar products, the performance is stable and the reading distance is long. The equipment standard integrates RS232 and 100M Ethernet communication interfaces.

The UHF integrated series adopts PC+ABS/aluminum alloy shell design, waterproof and dustproof (IP67), strong anti-interference ability, and meets the design requirements of outdoor all-weather industrial-grade products. Support EPC global UHF Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO 18000-6C protocol, multiple interfaces, long recognition distance, fast speed, high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, excellent protection performance and easy installation and use.

The H series adopts the Xunyuan M2210 module, and the receiving sensitivity can reach -82dBm; the L series uses the Xunyuan M2100 module, and the receiving sensitivity can reach -62dBm, which is high performance and suitable for harsh application environments;
High stability, 60×24-hour high-temperature copying machine, can run continuously and stably;
Excellent multi-tag intensive reading performance, the H series can achieve a tag recognition rate greater than 400 tags/s, and the L series can achieve a tag recognition rate greater than 200 tags/s;
Provide a full-featured software development kit (SDK) and interface, easy to integrate with RFID software;
Using an integrated radio frequency chip, the module performance is stable, and it is also applicable to harsh and demanding application environments;
Using carrier cancellation technology, the tag reading accuracy is good and the range is wide;
Enhanced noise suppression for reliable data capture;

The PC+ABS/aluminum alloy casing is designed to be sturdy and durable. The whole device is completely immersed in the bottom of the water for 12 hours without water ingress. The protection level is above IP67 and can be used normally in harsh environments.
