Based on the new-generation ARM-COTEXM3 processor, F5860-H adopts industrial-grade design, has the industry’s best multi-label algorithm, module self-adaptation, and the advantages of extremely fast identification of labels, and can achieve a label identification rate greater than 800tags/s. And add external watchdog circuit, heartbeat packet, real-time monitoring equipment status and other related functions, with strong stability.

Based on 10 years of experience in the RFID industry, the Xunyuan R&D team integrates a large number of project requirements for tag data processing into the reader, in addition to optimizing the general requirements of the reader, greatly reducing the difficulty and workload of customer application software development , making project implementation more efficient and faster. At the same time, according to the special needs of customers, the data in the EPC storage area of the tag can be encrypted. After the encrypted tag is read by other brands of readers, the EPC data of the tag will be displayed as garbled characters, which increases the confidentiality of the data.

Simple fault description and troubleshooting

Run light flashing prompt:

  1. Start and run 800ms on, 700ms off;
  2. The wired network connection is successful (or the WIFI network connection is successful, or the 4G network connection is successful), 160ms on, 140ms off;
  3. When entering the MQTT connection state, the blinking speed increases by 5 times on the basis of a successful network connection.

Buzzer prompt:

  1. The WIFI/4G/wired network connection is successful, and the buzzer will sound 3 consecutive times, with an interval of about 50ms;
  2. The MQTT connection is successful, and the buzzer sounds 3 times in a row, with an interval of about 20ms;
  3. After the wired network connection is successful, if an abnormal disconnection occurs, the buzzer will beep for a long time, with an interval of 500ms;
  4. The parameter is set successfully, the buzzer will sound twice continuously, and the time interval is about 50ms;
  5. After restoring the system settings, the buzzer will sound 3 consecutive times, with an interval of about 80ms;
  6. The self-test of the power-on module fails, and there are 2 consecutive beeps, with an interval of 800ms;
  7. The self-test of the power-on module is successful, and the buzzer will sound once for 200ms;
  8. The connection module is a Rodin module, which sounds 3 times in a row with an interval of 100ms.
