RFID UHF Desktop Reader F5004

F5004 is a new generation of high-performance UHF RFID, which condenses 10 years of RFID research and development experience of Xunyuan Technology, the industry’s multi-label algorithm, and fast identification of tags. According to the needs of customers, the tag can be encrypted and set, and other readers will be garbled when they read it again, which increases the confidentiality.

The F5004 reader is equipped with a new generation of UHF M2210 module developed by our company. The main control chip uses the ARM-COTEXM3 processor. It has communication interfaces such as Wiegand 26/34, RS232 and 100M Ethernet ports. It has stable performance and long reading and writing distance among similar products. It supports EPC global UHF Class1 GEN2/ISO 18000-6C air interface protocol.

The F5004 reader/writer is designed with a metal shell, with a simple and beautiful appearance, small and light, durable, and equipped with various communication interfaces for easy and quick connection with the host. The product is suitable for warehousing, logistics, clothing, production line management and other challenging application environments that require high RFID intensive reading performance.

  1. Based on a new generation of high-performance ARM-COTEXM3 processor;
  2. The device is designed with 6 IO ports (4 outputs and 2 inputs) for users to expand applications: 2 input IO ports can be set to trigger and read EPC, can set high/low level trigger, reverse stop; or can set after trigger It will stop automatically after working for a period of time. The card reading method can be set to read only one card and then stop or read continuously;
  3. When the original network port connection is disconnected, it has the device buzzer alarm failure reminder function, and the indicator light is designed with a flashing alarm function;
  4. The equipment has been strictly tested before leaving the factory to ensure product quality;
  5. With 8dBi antenna, the reading distance of RFID tags is 0~20m;
  6. Multi-tag intensive reading performance can achieve a tag recognition rate greater than 800tags/s;
  7. Provide a full-featured software development kit (SDK) and interface (API), easy to integrate with system software;
  8. Using integrated radio frequency modules, the performance is more stable, and it is more suitable for harsh and demanding application environments;
  9. The module adopts carrier cancellation technology, the accuracy of tag reading is better and the range is wider;
  10. Enhanced noise suppression for reliable data capture;
  11. High precision return signal strength (RSSI);

Simple fault description and troubleshooting

Run light flashing prompt:

  1. Start and run 800ms on, 700ms off;
  2. The wired network connection is successful (or the WIFI network connection is successful, or the 4G network connection is successful), 160ms on, 140ms off;
  3. When entering the MQTT connection state, the blinking speed increases by 5 times on the basis of a successful network connection.

Buzzer prompt:

  1. The WIFI/4G/wired network connection is successful, and the buzzer will sound 3 consecutive times, with an interval of about 50ms;
  2. The MQTT connection is successful, and the buzzer sounds 3 times in a row, with an interval of about 20ms;
  3. After the wired network connection is successful, if an abnormal disconnection occurs, the buzzer will beep for a long time, with an interval of 500ms;
  4. The parameter is set successfully, the buzzer will sound twice continuously, and the time interval is about 50ms;
  5. After restoring the system settings, the buzzer will sound 3 consecutive times with an interval of about 80ms;
  6. The self-test of the power-on module fails, and there are 2 consecutive beeps, with an interval of 800ms;
  7. The self-test of the power-on module is successful, and the buzzer will sound once for 200ms;
  8. The connection module is a Rodin module, and it sounds 3 times in a row with an interval of 100ms.
