RFID UHF Desktop Reader F5003

The new generation of high-performance desktop UHF RFID reader embodies 10 years of RFID research and development experience of Xunyuan Technology. The reader is equipped with a new generation of UHF M2210/M2100 modules developed by our company, and integrates communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485 and 100M Ethernet ports.

The desktop reader is an RFID reading and writing device designed to cooperate with users in the background or management center for card issuance management applications. It is suitable for data initialization of tags in RFID integrated systems, tag data modification, and tag function testing applications. It can also be used independently As a short-range RFID reader application, it has stable performance and a long reading distance among similar products, and supports EPC global UHF Class1 GEN2/ISO 18000-6C air interface protocol.

F5003 is designed with a metal shell, with a simple and beautiful appearance, small and light, sturdy and durable, with a sense of technology and modernity. The device has a variety of communication interfaces for quick and easy connection with the host. The reading and writing speed of tags is fast, especially suitable for desktop application requirements. The product adopts software fault tolerance and hardware anti-interference design, which can work continuously and stably for a long time in harsh working environment.

  1. The H series adopts Xunyuan M2210 module, the receiving sensitivity can reach -82dBm, the L series uses Xunyuan M2100 module, the receiving sensitivity can reach -62dBm, high performance, and is also suitable for harsh application environments;
  2. The equipment has been strictly tested before leaving the factory to ensure product quality;
  3. Provide a full-featured software development kit (SDK) and interface, easy to integrate with system software;
  4. Using integrated radio frequency module, the performance is stable, and it is also suitable for harsh and demanding application environments;
  5. The module adopts carrier cancellation technology, and the accuracy of tag reading is good and the range is wide;

  9. F5003 series is designed with multiple communication interfaces. In any working mode, serial port and network can receive data at the same time. If the two communication ports are connected properly, the same tag data can be read at the same time. If the network is not connected successfully, data can be transmitted through the serial port;

The F5003 series is designed with 6 IO ports (4 outputs and 2 inputs) for users to expand applications: 2 input IO ports can be set to trigger and read EPC, can set high/low level trigger, reverse stop; or can set trigger After working hours, it will stop automatically after. The card reading method can be set to read only one card and then stop or read continuously;
  11. The main control chip of F5003 series adopts a new generation of high-performance ARM-COTEXM4 processor, which has functions such as multi-device communication, watchdog, heartbeat packet and real-time monitoring of device status information.

Simple fault description and troubleshooting

Run light flashing prompt:

  1. Start and run 800ms on, 700ms off;
  2. The wired network connection is successful (or the WIFI network connection is successful, or the 4G network connection is successful), 160ms on, 140ms off;
  3. When entering the MQTT connection state, the blinking speed increases by 5 times on the basis of a successful network connection.

Buzzer prompt:

  1. The WIFI/4G/wired network connection is successful, and the buzzer will sound 3 consecutive times, with an interval of about 50ms;
  2. The MQTT connection is successful, and the buzzer sounds 3 times in a row, with an interval of about 20ms;
  3. After the wired network connection is successful, if an abnormal disconnection occurs, the buzzer will beep for a long time, with an interval of 500ms;
  4. The parameter is set successfully, the buzzer will sound twice continuously, and the time interval is about 50ms;
  5. After restoring the system settings, the buzzer will sound 3 consecutive times with an interval of about 80ms;
  6. The self-test of the power-on module fails, and there are 2 consecutive beeps, with an interval of 800ms;
  7. The self-test of the power-on module is successful, and the buzzer will sound once for 200ms;
  8. The connection module is a Rodin module, and it sounds 3 times in a row with an interval of 100ms.
