Integrated UHF RFID Reader F5006

The UHF integrated series reading device is a high-end integrated UHF RFID reader product. It is designed to carry the UHF M2210/M2100 reading and writing module and RFID antenna developed by the company. The reading distance of the integrated device F5006 is 0 ~8 meters, industry multi-label algorithm, can quickly identify labels. According to the needs of customers, the tag can be encrypted and set, and other readers will be garbled when they read it again, which increases the confidentiality. It has stable performance and long reading distance among similar products, and supports EPC global UHF Class1 GEN2/ISO 18000-6C air interface protocol.

The UHF integrated series is designed with ABS engineering plastic shell, which has waterproof and dustproof, strong anti-interference ability and lightning protection design on the circuit, which meets the design requirements of outdoor all-weather industrial products. Support EPC global UHF Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO 18000-6C protocol, multiple interfaces, long recognition distance, fast speed, high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, excellent protection performance and easy installation and use.

The H series adopts the Xunyuan M2210 module, and the receiving sensitivity can reach -82dBm; the L series uses the Xunyuan M2100 module, and the receiving sensitivity can reach -62dBm, which has good performance and is suitable for harsh application environments;
With high stability, 60*24 hours of high-temperature copying machine, uninterrupted and stable operation;
Excellent multi-tag intensive reading performance, the H series can achieve a tag recognition rate greater than 800tags/s, and the L series can achieve a tag recognition rate greater than 200tags/s;
Provide a full-featured software development kit (SDK) and interface, easy to integrate with RFID software;
Using an integrated radio frequency chip, the module performance is more stable, and it is also suitable for harsh application environments;
Using carrier cancellation technology, the accuracy of tag reading is good and the range is wide;

Simple fault description and troubleshooting

Run light flashing prompt:

Start and run 800ms on, 700ms off;
The wired network connection is successful (or the WIFI network connection is successful, or the 4G network connection is successful), 160ms on, 140ms off;
When entering the MQTT connection state, the blinking speed increases by 5 times on the basis of a successful network connection.

Buzzer prompt:

The WIFI/4G/wired network connection is successful, and the buzzer will sound 3 consecutive times, with an interval of about 50ms;
The MQTT connection is successful, and the buzzer sounds 3 times in a row, with an interval of about 20ms;
After the wired network connection is successful, if an abnormal disconnection occurs, the buzzer will beep for a long time, with an interval of 500ms;
The parameter is set successfully, the buzzer will sound twice continuously, and the time interval is about 50ms;
After restoring the system settings, the buzzer will sound 3 consecutive times, with an interval of about 80ms;
The self-test of the power-on module fails, and there are 2 consecutive beeps, with an interval of 800ms;
The self-test of the power-on module is successful, and the buzzer will sound once for 200ms;
The connection module is a Rodin module, which sounds 3 times in a row with an interval of 100ms.
